How We Engage
The engagement process is straightforward:
- First contact us with the vessel name, port, and nature of your claim. We will confirm jurisdiction, assess the qualifying claim, and advise on realistic prospects, before you commit to anything.
- We then provide a clear fee proposal based on the specific details of your matter. No hourly billing. No surprises.
- Once instructed we handle everything, the court application, certified translations, enforcement, and port authority liaison, and keep you updated in English throughout.
What We Need From You
To assess your matter and provide a fee proposal:
- Vessel name and IMO number
- Port where the vessel is located or expected
- Nature of the claim
- Approximate claim value
- Key supporting documents: invoices, bills of lading, charterparty, survey report, or other evidence
To proceed with an arrest we will need the original supporting documents and a power of attorney legalised and notarised in your home country. We will guide you through the legalisation process.
